QA/QC Introduction

In order to deliver 100% customer satisfaction, our goal is to reach a zero defect ratio. Accordingly, we integrated our development (research bureau and laboratory), marketing and production under one roof. All of our products undergo systematic and repetitive control inspection at each stage of the manufacturing process from raw materials to packaging. As a result of this dedication, we were awarded ISO9002 certification.

Quality process:
1) Careful selection of raw materials (only after stringent pre and post-mortem health inspections do we select our fresh high-grade cattle and pork hide material).
2) All pet food and packing workshops are equipped with ultra-violet irradiation for sterilization.
3) Metal detectors are used to locate metal impurities and re-check finished products.
4) Our quality control department inspects material quality of finished goods per customer requirements.
